Shropshire based artist Bernie Moore is an elected member of the prestigious Royal Birmingham Society of Artists (RBSA) and winner of the RBSA national first prize and GMC Trust Award. “I’m a linear painter working the boundary between representation and abstraction, where I find a certain beauty within a myriad of ambiguous linear structures," he says. "I practice traditional craftsmanship and find problem solving and application, far more appealing, than seeking exactitude.” Bernie graduated with a first class honours degree in fine art, holds a degree in art history, and a masters degree in education. He exhibits throughout the UK and at the Imagine Gallery, Long Melford, Suffolk.
